Interesting that I opened up my first you tube channel (FREMBLING)
with STANLEY CLARKE @ The Coach House 2-19-2010, which I filmed w/
this same Sony mini/dv camera. That channel was closed down by You
Tube the day of this RETURN TO FOREVER show because of my EMERSON
amp; LAKE Un-PROGGED film and the Steve Lukather footage my
brother-in-law shot in 1988 when my band opened for his at Night
Moves club in Huntington Beach, California. I first saw Stanley
Clarke uin hUNTINGTON bEACH, AT tHE gOLDEN Bear beck in the early
80s. That show blew my mind! Stanley walked right up to me and solod
for a minute or two ..I was inspired and I forever took the bass
more seriously as I continued to play throughout the years, in
Orchestras, jazz, and Rock bands. He was and still is ,...As A God!
To me, he is and always will be. Someone was getting bustyed for
being in the wrong seats, right next to me as I filmed the intro to
this song..so I cut that part out, as it was a black screen w/
muffled audio ( i was hiding my cam from the suck-urity guy). This
begins about 1 30 into the song w/ a cool Chick keyboard riff. Hope
