Heres John McLaughlin and the 4th Dimension live at the Juan Les
Pins Jazz Festival, France in 2008. And though Im often critical of
Johns more recent work, this is a simply superb band and set. As Ive
mentioned elsewhere, I have great hopes for the official new band
(with Chick Corea) - when I see them at the Sydney Opera House next
month. But the music here sets a very high standard, indeed, to
